Withdrawal limits at casinos without a Spanish licence: what they commit to pay
The cups · per day, per week, per month
Nobody can honestly promise you how fast a casino pays. What can be read is how much it commits to pay and within what maximum period. Four casinos put that in writing; the rest do not, and you will find out on the day you win. This is the cup of limits.
In the table of casinos without a Spanish licence there is one box almost nobody looks at that decides a great deal: the withdrawal limit in writing. This page explains why.
The limits that are in writing
| Casino | Withdrawal limit | Where it says so | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rakebit | €10,000 in any 24 hours | Terms of use | Read live |
| Wild Fortune | €15,000 a month | Clause 11.8 | Read live |
| Bitcasino.io | 1,000,000 USDT a week | Clause 6.10 | Read live |
| Vave | Prizes from 50,000 USDT in instalments over 30 days | Clause 8.8 | Read live |
| The other 10 | No limit written down in anything we could read live | ||
- Rakebit: “a maximum of €10,000 (or the equivalent) in any 24-hour period”, according to its terms of use.
- Wild Fortune: €15,000 a month, or 15,000 US dollars, 22,500 Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, or 160,000 Norwegian kroner (clause 11.8).
- Bitcasino.io: it may process a maximum of 1,000,000 USDT or the equivalent per week (clause 6.10).
- Vave: prizes from 50,000 USDT may be paid in instalments over 30 days (clause 8.8).
The other ten casinos in the table write down no limit in anything we could read live.
What they mean in practice
Picture a €50,000 prize:
| Casino | How it comes out | What the rule imposes |
|---|---|---|
| Rakebit | €10,000 every 24 hours | five tranches, about 5 days |
| Wild Fortune | €15,000 a month | four tranches, more than 3 months |
| Bitcasino.io | Fits whole inside the weekly ceiling | no tranches under the rule |
| Vave | May go in instalments | up to 30 days |
These are not real payout times, but the minimum each rule imposes. The actual payout also depends on verification, on the network and on the casino itself. Still, the difference between a few days and more than three months for the same prize is enormous, and it is written down before you deposit.
Why we do not measure speed
Plenty of sites promise “withdrawals in minutes”. We cannot honestly test that: all we have are our own withdrawals at Vave, paid on 28 August and 2 September 2026. Two withdrawals at one casino do not make a speed table of thirteen.
What we can give you is the written rule, which applies equally to every player and which the casino cannot change without changing its terms.
- 1Deposit little
The smallest amount the cashier takes, on the cheapest network you hold. No bonus: a live bonus blocks the withdrawal until the wagering is done.
- 2Play a little
Some casinos require the deposit to be turned over before it can be withdrawn (Vave asks for three times, clause 8.11). Look for it in the terms, not in the chat.
- 3Ask for the withdrawal
To the same address and on the same network you deposited from. Note the date, the time and the transaction ID.
- 4Look at the result
If it lands, the casino has passed your own test. If documents are asked for, find the clause. If it sits at “pending” with no deadline, that is your answer.
What holds a withdrawal up, besides the limit
- Verification. Rakebit asks for documents at the first withdrawal; Bitcasino.io runs extra verification above €2,500. Vave may ask for them before any payout, with 14 days to hand them over (clause 8.7).
- A live bonus. Until the wagering is cleared, the withdrawal waits.
- Turning the deposit over. Vave requires the deposit to be staked three times before it can be withdrawn (clause 8.11).
- The wrong network or an address different from the one you deposited from.
How to protect yourself
- Withdraw often. Do not let the balance grow inside the casino: the bigger it is, the more the limit bites.
- Do a small test withdrawal when you start.
- Save a copy of the terms on the day you sign up: if they change, you will have something to compare with.
- Choose for the way you play. If you play for real stakes, the limit is your number-one figure.
